Marian Smith King, class of '51, lives in Dallas where she has been retired for 7 years after teaching music in Ft. Worth, Waco, Austin, Garland and Richardson ISD's for 28 years and staying home for 11 years with her three children.  She is active in women's Bible Study at Park Cities Baptist Church, the Retired Teacher's Association, and Sigma Alpha Iota, a college/alumnae Music Fraternity.  She and her husband, Reg, have seven grandchildren.  She reads anything she can get her hands on, but loves mysteries.  She says, "Our best to all you Ryanites and God bless us all!"  For more, see the 1951 Class Page.

Jerry Raburn, class of '60, lives in Lewisville, Texas where he is the Denton County Constable, Pct. 3.  He has been in law enforcement for thirty-three years.  He also teaches firearms and in his spare time, rides his Harley and spends times with his loving family.

Laura Thorn, class of '60,  and David Jackson, class of '65, married each other December 14, 2005,  and are residing in Ryan. 

Paula Ryan Harper, class of '61, and her husband, Wayne, will be moving to Duncan, OK, April 14, 2006.

Pat(ricia) Goza Kirkland, class of '61, lives in Waurika where she is an insurance agent.  She enjoys playing with her two granddaughters who are an integral part of her life.  She and her husband, Terry, who have been married for 45 years, love to ride motorcycles.  They have ridden as far as Niagara Falls.  She also likes to work in her yard, play with her two cats, and attend cheer events and basketball and softball games.

Larry Burden, class of '63, retired as Staff Subcontract Manager, Lockheed Martin Aerospace, and lives in Ingleside on the Bay, Texas.  He and his wife, Carol, are in the process of updating their play car, a 1998 Mustang GT convertible.  They are updating from "nose to tail," with new engine components for more power, new drive-train components, new suspension and brake system.  They also stay busy with their new home and boat and report that the tropicals in their yard are really colorful.  They do lots of day cruising to Corpus Christi and Port Aransas and are planning some overnight trips this spring.

Gayle Walling Logsdon, class of '63, retired last May as Manager of the Clinical Laboratory Service for the Chickasaw Nation Health System.  She has lived in Ada, Oklahoma for the past 32 years.  Since last summer, she has been traveling, enjoying her children and grandchildren, and reconnecting with many of her friends from the past.  Her contact information is included in our database.

Charlie Jones, class of '64, is a Principal Consulting Manager with Robbins-Gioia, LLC.  He lives outside of Washington, D.C. in Springfield, Virginia.

Effective February 13, 2006, Dewey Ryan, class of '67, was named Director of Operations for BAE Systems, Austin location. BAE Systems is the third largest defense contractor in the United States.

Mike Keller, class of '69,  lives in Duncan, Oklahoma where he runs his own programming business.  Mike and his wife Brenda have four children and eight  grandchildren.

Stacy Long Wright, class of '87,  stays busy keeping up with her three children, Magen, Hunter, and Macie.  She and her husband, Terry Wright,  both work and do odd jobs for people in their spare time.  Stacy was recently called by the "Regis and Kelly" show to answer the question for the day.  She was able to answer the question correctly and won a trip to Jamaica along with four new kitchen appliances.  Her family was really excited.  She says her husband didn't believe it. 

Rita Moss Thompson, Class of '88, still lives in the small town of Ryan.  She has a wonderful husband, Chuck, and two outstanding girls, Hayley and Shelby.  Hayley is attending Cameron University and is majoring in elementary education.  She is engaged to a great young man, Kerry Glasgow.  Shelby is her superstar, she loves every sport imaginable and is really good at them all.  Rita has a great life and wonderful church family at the Ryan First Baptist Church.   She is the Administrative Assistant at the Ryan Nursing Home where she enjoys everyone and everything about the facility.  God has blessed her and her family.
